Monitored Misdemeanor Program

The Monitored Misdemeanor Program (MMP) monitors DUII offenses by entering them into the Law Enforcement Data System (LEDS).  If an individual has police contact, the MMP receives a LEDS notification. The Judge receives a report informing them of the violation, including information gathered from a police report or contact with authorities of the violation.

The authority over the justice involved individual and their case remains with the courts and the individual's Judge.
