JE Dunn will install a tower crane at the Gladys McCoy Health Department Headquarters beginning this week. The installation will close N.W. Hoyt during daytime hours from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The crane will remain in place until Fall, 2018 to help build the nine-story building.
