On Tuesday, January 17 starting at 8 a.m., N.E. Latourell Road will close for a contractor to remove a large tree that fell during December’s storm events. The closure will be near the new bridge between N.E. Falls Street and East Historic Columbia River Highway. The road will likely reopen by early afternoon that same day. Residents who live in the area can use N.E. Latourell Road west of the closed section as a detour to the Historic Columbia River Highway. Multnomah County maintains 269 miles of roads.
