Multnomah County’s draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2016-17 program year on activities related to federally funded housing and community development activities is available for public review.

Public comments will be taken by phone or by email beginning Monday, August 25, 2017 until September 25, 2017 at 5:00 pm. The public is also invited to provide comments at a Public Hearing scheduled for 5:30 – 6:00 pm, Wednesday, September 27, 2017, at Midland Library – Large Conference Room, 805 SE 122nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97233.

Comments will be accepted on performance of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) housing rehabilitation, public services, and public facilities and improvement programs for low- and moderate-income residents of east Multnomah County (City of Fairview, Maywood Park, Wood Village, Troutdale and unincorporated areas in the county).
