Multnomah County offices and services will largely return to normal operations Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023.
This includes health clinics, libraries, the Behavioral Health Resource Center, and Animal Services.
Dental clinics will open at 10 a.m. Saturday, but otherwise will hold typical hours.
