The START Court Program or Success Through Accountability Restitution and Treatment is a rigorous drug court program for repeat property crime offenders. The program is a partnership between judges, mentors, parole and probation officers & many more aimed at helping those involved in the criminal justice system, break the cycle of addiction and incarceration.
