The goal of supporting technical assistance programs is to provide business development services to COBID certified businesses. COBID: Certification Office of Business Inclusion and Diversity. 

Currently, the County sponsors the Construction Diversity and Equity Fund (CDEF). COBID Certified Firms may request assistance by completing the Construction Diversity and Equity Fund (CDEF) Technical Assistance Request Form at the bottom of this page.
