Multnomah County’s draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2018 - 2019 program year on activities related to federally funded housing and community development activities is available for public review. A copy of the draft 2018 - 201918 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) may be viewed at Multnomah County’s Department of County Human Services website: /dchs
Public comments will be accepted by phone or by email beginning Friday, October 4, 2019 until October 23, 2019 at 5:00 pm. The public is also invited to provide comments at a Public Hearing scheduled for 4:30 – 5:00 pm, Wednesday, October 23, 2019, at the Multnomah Building – Room 126, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Portland, OR 97214.
