Plat Fees and Deposits
A deposit for the following county surveyor functions shall be made with the submission of the material. The final fee will be determined at completion of the project based on actual costs incurred by Multnomah County, including overhead and other related costs.
The difference between the actual costs and the deposit will be paid prior to approval of the final plat or refunded to the applicant. The exception is post-monumented plats, which will not be refunded until after completion of the interior monumentation.
