TRAFFIC ALERT: N.W. Greenleaf Rd. in west Multnomah County is now open. It closed during January’s severe weather event due to downed trees and power lines. Multnomah County Transportation Road Maintenance crews are still assessing damage and working to clear County roads impacted by the severe weather event east and west of Portland. The County largely serves rural roads and some arterials.
