TRAFFIC ALERT: On Friday, June 7 three blocks of the Historic Columbia River Highway will temporarily close in downtown Troutdale for the First Friday Art Walk. The closure between Buxton Road and S.E. Kibling Street starts at 3 p.m. and continues through the weekend until Sunday, June 9th at 9:00 p.m. Following this weekend’s closure, that same stretch of road will close from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m every first Friday of the month through September 6th. August 2nd’s closure will continue through the weekend for the annual Cruise In car show. Flaggers will help direct traffic throughout each event.
