The Strategic Initiatives Policy Analyst Senior is responsible for furthering ODE’s mission of promoting access, equity, and inclusion throughout our organization and fueling strategic initiatives supporting our countywide efforts. Tasks support managing results and outcomes, and create actionable steps that propel our commitment to equity. This role operates within a collaborative setting, offering top-notch customer service, and anticipating the needs of partners and partners in a politically nuanced, fast-moving, and constantly evolving environment.
