TRAFFIC ALERT: N.W. Old Germantown Road is closed to through traffic due to a downed tree and power lines blocking the road. The closure spans the entire length of N.W. Old Germantown Road from where it connects to N.W. Germantown Road. Multnomah County Road Maintenance is coordinating with Portland General Electric crews to get the road cleared.
