The Advisory Committee on Sustainability & Innovation (ACSI) has released its annual letter to the Board of County Commissioners, which includes recommendations to support Multnomah County’s efforts to achieve an equitable, healthy, low-carbon community where every person has what they need to thrive. These recommendations include strategies for growing community investments, improving air quality, and advancing energy justice in Multnomah County.
