Yulee Kim-Whetstone serves as the College to County Mentorship Program Coordinator, drawing on her background leading internship programs and in talent acquisition to foster growth and opportunity. Since joining Multnomah County in 2025, Yulee continues to bridge the gap between education and public service careers.

As a first-generation college graduate, she is committed to promoting equitable access and opportunities for students from underrepresented communities. Yulee's passion lies in demystifying county career pathways and helping students gain valuable, professional work experience through well-coordinated internships. 

She remains dedicated to cultivating intercultural relationships and increasing opportunities for Multnomah County’s new workforce, ensuring that county services effectively reflect and meet the diverse needs of our community.
