Several blocks of Historic Columbia River Highway to close for downtown Troutdale events

TRAFFIC ALERT: On several weekends throughout the next few months, three blocks of the Historic Columbia River Highway will temporarily close in downtown Troutdale for various events. 

Cascadia Fine Arts Festival 

On Saturday, May 16 beginning at 6:00 a.m. the Historic Columbia River Highway will be closed between Buxton Road and S.E. Kibling Street for the Cascadia Fine Arts Festival. The street reopen on Sunday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. 

First Friday Art Walk

On the Fridays of June 5, August 7 and September 4, between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., the Historic Columbia River Highway will be closed between Buxton Road and S.E. Kibling Street for the First Friday Art Walk.  

Cruise-In 

On Saturday, August 1, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. the Historic Columbia River Highway will be closed between Buxton Road and S.E. Kibling Street for the Kiwani’s Cruise-In.  

Windy Wonderland

On Saturday, December 5, - Sunday, December 6, the Historic Columbia River Highway will be closed between Buxton Road and S.E. Kibling Street will be closed between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day for Windy Wonderland. 

Flaggers will help direct traffic throughout each event.
