TRAFFIC ALERT: On Wednesday, May 27, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. the Stark Street Bridge will be closed to all traffic for crews to install shotcrete, a process that involves spraying concrete to create a smooth aesthetic finish on the retaining wall. Closures will continue during those same time frames through Thursday, May 28. County Bridge Maintenance and a contractor are making repairs to the north approach retaining wall which was damaged in a crash in fall 2025.
To detour around this closure, use the Sandy River Bridge in Troutdale to access Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview and Wood Village as well as Interstate 84.
