A majority of services offered over email, phone, and in-person will be unavailable on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth, including:
Multnomah County Health Department and community health centers, including dental clinics, pharmacies, and Student Health Centers
Multnomah County Division of Recording, Assessment, and Taxation in-person, email, chat, and phone services
Multnomah County Library branches
Multnomah County Animal Services
Normal business hours will resume Countywide on either Saturday, June 20 or Monday, June 22, depending on offices' usual operating hours.
