On Thursday, September 3, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. cyclists and pedestrians can expect slight delays on the Eastbank Esplanade just under the Hawthorne Bridge. County Bridge Maintenance crews will be realigning holes for bridge foundations and will need space for equipment. Flaggers will be on site to help direct cyclists and pedestrians around the work area.
