Join Multnomah County at the February East County Issue Forum, focused on economic mobility.

There are roughly 100,000 jobs in East Multnomah County as it is poised to become the next economic engine of our region. But yet, 60% of renters are cost-burned, residents often commute out of their communities to find better paying jobs, and investments in services are outpaced by demand for those services.

Multnomah County Commissioner Lori Stegmann will lead a discussion on jobs, housing, family stability and the future growth of our region. Join us for this month's East County Issue Forum.

Everyone is welcome. If you are an East County leader, a community member, or represent an organization or agency working in East County, we hope you'll attend. Refreshments and snacks will be served.

The East County Issue Forums are hosted monthly in partnership by Multnomah County, the City of Gresham and our East County schools districts. The monthly forum engages individuals and organizations committed to serving the needs of residents in East County. The meeting is open to the public and meets on the first Thursday of the month from 3-5pm.

For questions, contact the office of Commissioner Lori Stegmann at 503-988-5213 or district4@multco.us.
