Starting Monday, July 10 road drainage work will impact traffic on S.E. Foster Road near the intersection of S.E. Richey Road. The westbound lane on S.E. Foster Road will be closed for construction Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Flaggers will be on site to direct traffic. Expect traffic delays and use caution while traveling through the area. Crews will be working on the shoulder of the road to improve road drainage by replacing 400 feet of an aging culvert. The work is expected to last 2-4 weeks. The front entrances to the Pleasant Valley Elementary School parking lot will be closed during construction. The school’s parking lot can be accessed from S.E.
