TRAFFIC ALERT: Springville Rd. in west Multnomah County is now open. This is the first time the road has opened since the winter weather event. It previously closed on Jan. 13 due to downed trees and power lines. Road crews are still assessing damage and working to clear County roads east and west of Portland. The County largely serves rural roads and some arterials.
