TRAFFIC ALERT: Troutdale Road in east Multnomah County is now open after a multi-day closure. On Saturday, the road closed between S.E. Division Dr. and S.E. Strebin Rd. due to downed trees and power lines blocking the road. (Pictures attached from Saturday and what it looks like this morning). While some roads are reopening, use caution as the region is under an ice storm warning. Multnomah County Transportation Road Maintenance is extending 24-hour operations through at least Wednesday morning.
