“The Oregon Money Management Program offers support to people ages 60 and over with limited incomes and assets who need help with money management tasks such as organizing financial papers, budgeting, paying bills, banking, filling out forms, debt management, and insurance claims. Services are provided by volunteers that have been specially trained and certified.
Dona came on board as our first volunteer team leader to help us build a satellite office to bring this great service to our county residents. She has excelled at building processes and procedures to recruit and bring in a team of volunteers to start serving consumers who have been referred to us from case managers.
Donna has also mentored other team leaders to help coordinate this volunteer based program. Donna goes above and beyond to refer consumers to much needed resources and to make sure that their needs are met.”
