All comments are welcomed and encouraged on the Multnomah County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY20 Action Plan, the Amended Multnomah County CDBG PY19 Action Plan and the Consortium’s Citizen Participation Plan. The 2019 Action Plan and the Citizen Participation Plan are being revised in response to the CARES Act CDBG stimulus funding (CDBG-CV) received by Multnomah County to prevent, prepare for and respond to the Coronavirus pandemic.

• Comments will be accepted until 4 p.m. Tuesday July 7th, 2020.
