Transforming Justice Steering Committee First Meeting

Transforming Justice is a wide-ranging initiative that began over a year ago at the What Works in Public Safety Conference. The event brought together elected officials, community stakeholders, and national experts to chart and launch a new vision for a more just legal system. The visioning work has begun, and the steering committee is essential and will provide a critical perspective as we co-create a new system of community safety. The Steering Committee meets regularly, and will approve concepts and push forward policy and budget, and other innovations.
