Proposal:  

 ❖ The purpose of a Parcel Determination is to confirm:  
o That the subject property was established in compliance with the zoning and land division 
laws at the time it was created.  

NOTE: If a property is not a Parcel Determination, the County cannot approve building permits, 
zoning reviews, etc. until such time as the zoning or land division problem with the property is 
corrected. 

❖ A Parcel Determination DOES NOT: 
o Authorize any development on the subject property. 
o Change the zoning for the property or allow different uses.
