The Culinary Arts Youth Program is a job readiness training program for students ages 14-18 who are interested in a career in the food service industry. The students learn the importance of dependability, responsibility and teamwork while working in a commercial kitchen. They learn to closely follow the rules of safety and sanitation, while also learning basic cooking techniques.
