We value supplier feedback regarding the procurement processes we conduct. Suppliers are always first encouraged to address any concerns with the Purchasing Manager directly:

You may also make a report through the Multnomah County Auditor’s Good Government Hotline. Reports can be made confidentially through a web-based reporting system or by speaking to a trained professional over the phone. Multnomah County contracts with a vendor - EthicsPoint - that specializes in hotlines of this nature.

Please note that Formal procurement processes (those with a value greater than $150,000) include a procedure for protesting specifications or awards and vendors need to utilize those processes to preserve legal rights under Oregon Procurement laws. Reporting through the Good Government Hotline is not a substitute for a protest.
