How to Report a Disease
Physicians may report a number of communicable diseases to local health departments in Oregon.
To report a disease that requires immediate reporting, call Multnomah County Health Department 24/7 at 503-988-3406, or email diseasereport@multco.us.
If you call after business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm), your call will be transferred to an answering service that will locate an on-call county doctor or nurse to whom you can report.
