The Multnomah County Planning Commission acts as the land use advisory body to the Board of County Commissioners for unincorporated Multnomah County.  It recommends to the board the adoption, revision or repeal of the comprehensive plan and the implementing measures needed to carry out the plan. The Planning Commission consists of nine volunteers appointed by the board to serve a four-year term.

The meeting will take place in the Columbia Conference Room at the Yeon Annex.  The address is below:

Typically the gate to the entrance would be closed at this time, but will be open during the entirety of the Planning Commission meeting.  Please see this  Yeon Campus Map (4.92 MB) that shows exactly where to park once you drive in past the open gate.  As a note, there is construction going on that is blocking the front entrance of the Yeon Annex building.  Please follow the green line on the map, and there will be orange arrows on the ground pointing to the back door of the Yeon Annex to get you in the building.  While there is a badge scanner, it won't be active during the meeting.  You will enter the back entrance and walk down a narrow hallway and will take a left into the Columbia Room just before you reach the main reception area.  We will have signs identifying the room.  You will be asked to sign in for the meeting when you arrive, and to mark if you'd like to give testimony during agenda and/or non-agenda items.  If you would like to testify, you will be called on at the appropriate time, and instructed on how to give testimony.  The meeting will end by 9pm at the latest, the gates will be locked at 9:30pm.
