Multnomah Chair Deborah Kafoury will deliver her eighth and final State of the County address in a live-streamed presentation at noon on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. The event is presented by the City Club of Portland and will feature a Q & A with former Gov. Barbara Roberts.
Chair Kafoury will highlight the accomplishments and efforts of County employees since she took office as a County Commissioner in January 2009 and became County Chair in June 2014.
