TRAFFIC ALERT: This week expect single lane closures and a full closure of the Broadway Bridge for work to install a stormwater treatment basin.

LANE CLOSURES: Beginning Monday, May 11, from 8:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. there will be single lane closures on the Broadway Bridge. Single lane closures continue each weeknight during those time frames through Thursday, May 14. Signs will direct drivers. Sidewalks will remain open for cyclists and pedestrians.   

FULL BRIDGE CLOSURE: Each weeknight following those lane closures, the Broadway Bridge will close to all motorized vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians and the Portland Streetcar from 11:30 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Use alternative routes. 

Multnomah County maintains five Willamette River bridges: the Sellwood, Hawthorne, Morrison, Burnside and Broadway Bridges as well as the Wapato Bridge over the Multnomah Channel. For information, visit https://www.multco.us/bridges.
