Hawthorne Bridge south sidewalk closure begins Monday

TRAFFIC ALERT: On Monday, June 3 starting at 7 a.m. crews will begin to close the south sidewalk on the Hawthorne Bridge for sidewalk repairs. Cyclists will ride alongside the construction zone with a protected barricade during this sidewalk closure. Pedestrians will be detoured to use the north sidewalk. The south sidewalk will reopen on Monday, July 8th by 5 p.m.
