Multnomah County will open at 10 a.m. today, Monday, April 11 as an unusually cold spring storm carries snow and slush into the Metro area. Libraries will open at noon.
The Courts however, will open at the usual time.
The Animal Services shelter in Troutdale will open at 11 a.m. as usual and all library locations will open to the public at noon.
All essential workers should report to work at the usual time. Teleworking employees will continue teleworking as usual, wherever possible.
