TRAFFIC ALERT: N.W. Kaiser Rd. between N.W. Germantown Rd. and N.W. Ridgeline St. is now open. The road closed on Friday due to a deteriorating roadway. Crews were able to rebuild and stabilize the road. Road crews are still assessing damage and working to clear County roads impacted by the severe weather event east and west of Portland. The County largely serves rural roads and some arterials.
