TRAFFIC ALERT: S.E. Woodard Road between the Historic Columbia River Highway and N.E. Seidl Road is now open. It closed on Tuesday due to a sinkhole in the road. Maintenance crews repaired and repaved the road. In the next few weeks, crews plan to install a pipe to redirect runoff from the road and hillside that contributed to the sinkhole. The pipe installation is a temporary repair until County engineers can make more permanent repairs to the ditch line.
