TRAFFIC ALERT: Next week S.E. Gordon Creek Road between S.E. Rickert Road and S.E. Trout Creek Road will close during daytime hours for drainage work. Starting Tuesday, July 7, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. this section of S.E. Gordon Creek Road will be closed. Daytime closures between those same time frames continue through Friday, July 10. Flaggers will be on site to help residents who live near the closure enter and exit. Residents who live north of the site should use the S.E. Rickert Road intersection. Those who live south of the site should use the S.E. Trout Creek Road intersection. Avoid the area and use alternative routes if possible.
This work is related to a landslide that closed this section of S.E. Gordon Creek Road in March. For several months, the County has been working with a contractor to make permanent repairs to the road.
