TRAFFIC ALERT: S.W. 257th Avenue between the Historic Columbia River Highway and S.E. Stark Street in Troutdale is now clear after thousands of nails spilled on the road. Multnomah County, Troutdale and Gresham road crews worked together to clean up the nails and did a walking inspection of the area. It’s unclear how the nails got on the road.
