TRAFFIC ALERT: On Thursday, Sept. 5 starting at 2:00 p.m. all westbound vehicular lanes and the S.E. Water Ave. ramp in both directions will be closed for paving work. Westbound bike and pedestrian access will be maintained and the westbound sidewalks will remain open. Flaggers will be on site directing traffic. The westbound vehicular lanes will reopen at 5:00 a.m. Friday, Sept. 6. This paving closure is weather dependent.
