Watch four months of work to build a salmon-friendly culvert whiz by in two minutes. In 2017 Multnomah County replaced an old culvert that blocked fish from the upper reaches of Beaver Creek. Our Office of Sustainability created a time-lapse video that shows the new culvert being built under Stark St. by Mt. Hood Community College.
