The goals of the Multnomah County Employment Trends Project are to:
- support workforce equity efforts
- make employment data more accessible and transparent
- understand major employment trends in an effort to help the County plan for a workplace that is productive and supportive for all employee
Multnomah County Employment Trends Dashboards:
The dashboards show data trends in county workforce demographics and hiring, promotions, separations, and other employee movements. The dashboards are updated quarterly. The dashboards do not include statistical analyses.
