Vikki Payne, Communications and Project Manager
Vikki brings more than a decade of operational and project management experience in both the private and public sector, and most recently served as staff for the Brim-Edwards County Commission campaign. Prior to her campaign work, she spent the last five years at Bonneville Power Administration as a contract operations analyst and program support specialist, and has previously held a variety of other operational, managerial, and administrative roles with local metro area businesses.
Vikki has previously volunteered for a variety of community services and events throughout the metro region, and her two favorite organizations to volunteer for include cleanup events for SOLVE and serving meals at Blanchet House. She has resided in Portland for almost two decades and holds a BS degree from the State University of New York College at Fredonia.
Loving everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, Vikki enjoys traveling to various parts of Oregon to explore with her two big adopted dogs, hiking, cycling, and experiencing the expansive and unique dining options Portland has to offer.
