Multnomah County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Policy Advisory Board Meeting and Public Hearing

Multnomah County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program will be conducting its annual Policy Advisory Board Meeting and Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The Policy Advisory Board (PAB) will make CDBG funding decisions for Program Year 2026-27. This meeting will be in person. The public is encouraged to attend.

2026 PAB Meeting & Public Hearing

Wednesday, May 6th, 2026

12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

12:00 to 1:00 pm - Policy Advisory Board Meeting:

The PAB meets to review and make initial funding decisions regarding the CDBG applicant proposals for FY 2026-2027. It is not required for the applicants to attend this meeting. 

1:00 – 3:00 pm - PAB Public Hearing:

CDBG Project Applicants are able to make a short presentation on their project and there is an opportunity for Q & A. PAB funding decisions are finalized.

During the public hearing, CDBG Program applicants and renewing sub recipients will be able to make presentations on their project application. There will also be an opportunity for Q & A with the Policy Advisory Board members. The PAB will finalize their funding decisions at the hearing.

A copy of the 2026-27 Action Plan will be posted on www.multco.us/cdbg 

The 30-day comment period starts May 6, 2026 and ends June 5, 2026.
