Voting members are the Multnomah County Chair, the City of Portland Mayor, a Multnomah County Commissioner, a City of Portland Commissioner, and an East County elected official and are eligible based on their elected seat. Non-voting members include the CEO of Health Share, the CEO of Home Forward, a member of a local chamber of commerce, a behavioral health practitioner, and a person who pays the Supportive Housing Services tax.
