The Homelessness Response System and the Homelessness Response Action Plan are overseen by several committees, creating a shared governance structure.
The system will be overseen by the Steering and Oversight Committee, and that committee will be advised by two subcommittees: a Community Advisory Committee and an Implementation Committee. Multnomah County will provide administrative support for all three committees, in partnership with the Homelessness Response System.
