Multnomah County, Ore. (Nov. 5, 2025) —  On Tuesday, Nov. 4, Multnomah County voters turnout reached approximately 30.79% with roughly 50,000 ballots returned on Election Day alone.

That percentage is expected to rise as ballots postmarked on or before Election Day are logged, verified and counted. Oregon law requires all elections offices to count any mailed ballot postmarked on or before Election Day that also arrives within seven days of Election Day.

The Nov. 4, 2025, Special Election included ballot measures for just two jurisdictions:

  • The City of Portland and
  • The Lake Oswego School District.

About 466,000 registered voters received ballots for the election

Election results can be viewed here.
