The Community Involvement Committee (CIC) is a panel of volunteers who work with county officials, departments and the public to facilitate and enhance community participation in Multnomah County government. Budget Advisory Committees (CBACs) are groups of volunteer community members that review and make recommendations on county departmental budgets and operations. These committees meet frequently during the height of Multnomah County’s budget season, which takes place between November and June of each year. Their meetings are open to the public.
