Multnomah County has launched a new E-Procurement system that creates a space for suppliers and staff to have a community space to share opportunities for business. We are currently live with our Multco Marketplace Supplier Portal where interested organizations register to receive information on upcoming opportunities.
Coming soon!! We will begin posting business opportunities for E-submission on our new secured site July 2018.

The county has two types of opportunities for you to submit a bid or proposal:
- One-time opportunities have a single closure date and are open for a limited time.
- Continuously open opportunities are typically open for several years. These opportunities have regularly scheduled evaluation periods for you to submit a bid or proposal. If you miss the first closing date, you can apply before a future closing date for these opportunities.
In the event of County closures due to inclement weather, emergency, or any published event, solicitation closings will automatically be moved to the next business day.
If there is any conflict between information on this page and a procurement document, the latter prevails.
