Multnomah County Division of Assessment Taxation & Recording (DART) maintains two websites with information about recorded documents, property values, and taxes.

Free access (with limited searching) to Property Values and Tax Information is available on MultcoPropTax by clicking the Guest Login button.

MultcoRecords is a subscription-only site with the relevant information about recorded documents. Searchable by name, date, document type, etc. Note: The image of the document is not shown, but a listing of the relevant information within the document such as the document type, document number, recording dates, party type, parties’ names, legal description etc. An actual image of the document is available for use free of charge in the Multnomah Building, Public Research Room which is located at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, Oregon.

A  subscription provides unlimited access to both websites and requires a one-time setup fee of $150 in addition to a usage fee of $.24 cents per search. Subscription accounts are assigned individual user accounts and confidential passwords. Passwords will be assigned to each user of the website; no "generic" passwords will be issued, and passwords are not to be shared or divulged. Usage is tracked by the individual user for billing and security purposes. You will be billed for all searches performed by the names on your user list, regardless of when, where or why those searches were done.

To apply for a subscription to either site (or both), download, fill out, and return application via email to CATBIRD@multco.us or mail the application along with the $150 one-time setup fee to the address below.
